The Peter Burholt Partnership is an independent consultancy practice originally formed in 1974 specialising exclusively in catering.

Our objective is to offer clients the most appropriate and financially effective solutions to meet their catering needs.

The business has two complementary in-house departments offering full technical design and planning services and management consultancy. Both these disciplines work closely together to optimise the services available to clients and to provide a total consultancy solution.

Income is derived solely from professional
fees, with no affiliations being held with
either suppliers or operating companies.
