Graham Moore and the PBP planning team have been appointed to undertake a design exercise which will include the creation of new kitchens for 2 school developments in Harrow.

Six years after completion of the original PBP designed catering facility, and five years after the successful tender of the catering package, PBP very pleased to have been invited back by Minster School to undertake a new catering management tender.

After considerable interest, six caterers have been chosen to bid on the contract for the Colleges' three sites in Sussex, with a contract start date set for August 2013.

Kevin Barnes and the PBP planning team has been appointed to provide a new design for the existing kitchen which is to be refurbished in 2013.

Following the successful development of the new Cafe and Coffee Bar at the Trust's recently completed Hope Building, PBP will now be involved in the tendering of all non-patient catering services for the Trust.

This management tender, set out as a joint venture, is expected to bring about the completion of the Trusts ongoing efforts to upgrade and modernise all catering services throughout Salford Royal's estate by the end of 2014.

Requiring up to 50 mobiles at its main Summer Show, the Showground is currently in the process of tendering its mobile catering contract for the 3 main events held at their ground throughout the year. With PBP's assistance, considerable interest has been generated for this exciting business opportunity.

Peter Burholt is delighted to have been appointed by the Birmingham Botanical Gardens to undertake a management tender for all their catering services. This includes a comprehensive range of banqueting and event spaces, and a visitor cafe.

The new kitchen and servery has opened on programme and within budget. The College is delighted with the new facility which includes induction cooking.

PBP has been appointed to complete the design for the College's new building, which will include a new kitchen and servery for under-graduate dining, as well as banqueting for larger events held throughout the year.

The catering equipment design and tender package was issued in accordance with the program dates, with an appointment due to be made in November.
